The business operates on a small scale, offering classes across California and other parts of the United States. These courses involve travel, and locations must be reserved in advance. Our expenses to travel the course and instructor fees are considerations for any course we present as is our commitment to those attendees who have registered and committed to attend the course. As such, at least thirty days out from the course we make a go, no-go decision based on attendance and to meet financial expectations for the course.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations seeking refunds must be received at least thirty (30) days prior to the first day of the course. Cancellations received thirty (30) days or less before the start of the class will be charged at full price.
No Shows: A no show on the day of the class will result in a full charge for the class even if payment has not yet been received.
We will do our best to work with any agency when an urgent situation arises causing an attendee to have to cancel. We are always open to rescheduling to a future presentation or substituting another attendee to a reserved seat, even the day of the presentation.
